TAIWAN LUNAR NEW YEAR OF THE RABBIT POSTAGE STAMPS 2023
On December 1, 2022 the Post Office of Taiwan had issued these two postage stamps promoting the lunar New Year of the Rabbit for the year 2023. The first postage stamp shows an illustration of a seated rabbit which appears to be waiting silently, with anticipation of welcoming the New Year of 2023 with hope. The second postage stamp shows another illustration of a rabbit, standing on its hind legs, with two front paws raised, and head looking up. This rabbit appears to be looking into the horizon with great anticipation for the future.
