PAN AM THE TEMPLE OF THE EMERALD BUDDHA POSTCARD
A vintage postcard created by Pan Am Airways promoting its travel to the Southeast Asian country of Thailand with an inside view of the grounds at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. From the right hand side of the postcard we see a glimpse of a statue representing the guardian yaksha Mangkonkan, a sala in front of the Ubosot in which the Emerald Buddha resides, and in the background is a view of the Prasat Phra Thep Bidon and the two golden Phra Suvarnachedi.
On the back of the postcard is the following text:
